I have paid access to www.depositphotos.com. (IP 88.85.68.228). I have tried on two separate desktops and an iPhone for the last two days and cannot get access because "request timed out."
I have done all the unplugging and rebooting possible.
I have flushed the DNS
I have pinged the site and gotten 100% loss and request timed out.
I have tried different browsers.
I have looked at the "hosts" file and all the "#" signs seem to be in order.
I can access the site fine at Starbucks, so clearly it is something to do with my ISP or mode (Netgear CG3000D).
I'm unaware of any changes made to my computer/s before this happened; if I changed something, it was by some accidental key stroke. The site is not on my list of blocked sites, and even if it were, the site should open on one of the other computers.
I'm losing money each day I cannot access the site and am out of ideas. Any help? I can use a Windows XP or Windows 8.1.
Thanks.

I can confirm I can get to www.depositphotos.com on a Cox connection. Also, when I ping it, I get the same IP as you do, and I m using Cox DNS. Next, I checked several different ISP's DNS caches, and didn't see any problems.
Can you post a tracert to the IP? Here is my trace from RI for comparsion:

Your trace looks similar to mine. One thing I do notice is some latency in your network. I assume this was done on a wireless connection? If so, thats normal and unrelated to your issue.
What is odd is the trace is completing. Can you still not ping 88.85.68.228? Is a tracert to depositphotos.com any different?
Something else I noticed is the site doesn't have HTTPS enabled. Is your book mark for the site Https:\\wwww.depositphotos.com? If so, try with just HTTP.

Well, something worked, because it's back up now. Still have to deal with the company for stealing $100 from me, but at least I can get on the site.
Thanks for your help!
