Call Return
Is there a way to turn off the call return feature I notice every month we get billed $2.00 per call return been averaging between $2.00 to $6.00 extra per month. I never use the feature and I asked my spouse and they said they never use this feature yet every month we get billed is there a way to block this feature or turn it off? If not is this a way for Cox to add more to your bill every month?

Your best bet would be to speak with your local account services representatives to ask for the feature to be removed. They would be able to advise you as to whether or not the feature is included as part of any package and/or will have any other impact on your monthly bill.
