Call history

Hi everyone.  I received a call on 12/7/2015 which I can see in my caller-ID history as viewed on my TV.  However, if I go online to cox.net and use the "Phone Tools" page, the call isn't there.  Any ideas?

We can investigate this further for you, can you send an email to cox.help@cox.com including the name, address on the account.  Also include the username that you login to Phone Tools with.
