I can receive my local channels perfectly. But when I try to tune to my premium channels I receive a not subscribed error. After I talked to tech support a few times they confirmed that my card was activated and paired but I still can't get my HBO or Starz. I know it's not a problem with media center. I've checked the tuners logs which are recorded before it hits media center. I've included them below.
This is the information I get from the HDHR people. "If the card is validated and the log shows just a single line that says not-subscribed, then the card does not have the correct channel packages added to it. Contact your cable provider."
Please, any info on this will be a life saver. Working with it for a week now and so far tech support hasn't been able to figure it out. The tuner logs are below.

I apologize for the delayed response. Is the light on your tuning adapter solid? Please start at the wall and let me know up to the TiVo how everything is connected. Please check your tuning adapter firmware in your settings menu. Let me know what version your adapter has.

Hello,
Yes the light on the adapter is solid. I know you said from the wall but I'm going to start from the box since it seems like a weird setup. There is the 1 cable line from the ground to a spliter in the box outside. 1 line from that spliter goes directly into my HDHR tuner. The other line comes in the house to another spliter. 1 of those lines go to the adapter, another to my internet modem and another to the provided HD receiver. Digging through the menus the adapter shows platform version 01.40.
Thank you very much for your help!

Here's a link for the correct setup. Once the connections are changed, I suggest power cycling the equipment.

The cox person is dead on with how my HDHR Prime and MTR-700 are set-up.
I have similar hardware HDHR Prime, w/cable-card, and MTR-700. I am running very different software, but I am getting premium sports channels w/o issue.
Forgot to include a picture of my entertainment architecture:
Recently I had a problem where a subscribed channel quit working, I cycled the MTR-700 and life was better the channel returned. The thing worked for like 4 months solid no hiccups with multiple streams working ...etc.MOST of my problems I had getting things going were indeed on the Cox side and getting everything set up. The folks on the phone kept calling my set-up a TiVo...but really who cares, I spent a few hours on the phone making sure that the subscriptions were correct.
Anyhow, if you need me to check anything out, I'd be happy to look at my logs to help.

You are having the same problem I had with an HDR Homerun Prime. The solution is to find the right person in Cox to send the correct signal to your cable card to activate the signals. The problem is you will have to try countless times to find someone in Cox that knows what they are doing. Usually they just pair the card to the box, but that is only half the solution... When I finally found someone in Cox that knew what they were doing they said that they also had to send some signal that would tell the card the channel list... all the others were clueless. Good luck getting anyone that can help you, it took me almost a week. Next time just get DishNetwork.

Everything is rewired to the diagram but the POE filter. Didn't get one of those and I'm not sure what it is. Rebooted everything, ran a channel scan but still the no subscription error message.

Very nice setup. I've been using WMC with an HDHR Dual for a couple years and it always worked perfect. Of course I didn't have to worry about any encryption then.

If you are still not getting the channel, I suggest scheduling a technician to come out. Please email me the best day and time with a link to this thread to cox.help@cox.com.
