Cable Card Issue with Samsung GX-SM530CF
I currently have 2 Samsung GX-SM530CF media players with Cox cable cards and tuners. After the initial installation of the cable cards we were receiving all of our subscribed channels however we now seem to be experiencing significant issues. On one of the devices we are missing numerous channels and on the other device we are no longer receiving any channels at all. I have called into Cox on multiple occasions however no one has been able to get the cable cards up and running again. I would greatly appreciate any guidance that you could provide which would help me to get both players up and running again. My overall objective is to ensure that I am receiving all of the channels that I am paying for each month.

I want to make sure you have all your subscribed channels too. It sounds as though we may need to have a technician out to look into this further. Please email my team at cox.help@cox.com and include your full name, complete address along with a link to your post so we can get this set up.
