done a live chat Thursday around noonish about no TV CID they told me to unplug the cable box took 30 minutes for TV & box to come back on then I was watching OKC Thunder @ Chicago Bulls game and the box went off like I`d unplug it but I didn`t had to reboot it twice cause I was only getting 1 channel

Are you still having trouble with your Caller ID? I checked the notes on the account and the last time you spoke with us it shows the issue was corrected. If you are having trouble again, please let us know so we can look into this for you.
