blocking email from a specific email address
Is there a way to block a specific email address?
I'd like to block it at the server level, not at the application level.

One way is to go to cox.com. Sign in with your user name and password. Go to my account (hover over it, not click), it will bring down a drop down menu. Under the third column (my tools) click on webmail inbox. Then settings on the right hand side you will see Allow and Block Messages. You have the option to enter entire domains or just email addresses there.
