BBC America not listed InDemand. Why?

BBC America is supposed to be available to those subscribers with Cox Advanced TV. I do have Cox Advanced TV-Premier, but there is no BBC America listed in my choices on OnDemand. Why?

BBC America appears to be channels 225 / 1225 HD in your market per channel listings at http://ww2.cox.com/residential/tv/channel-lineup.cox.  As far as I can tell there isn't any BBC America OnDemand content at this time.

Most of BBC America's top shows ARE available OnDemand ->FreeZone->Cable TV Showcase -> BBC America. Shows there include Doctor Who, Atlantis, Burton & Taylor, Orphan Black, Luther, and many others.
