Basic Phone Service features
I'd like to know what is included in the basic phone service. All I could find is that it has four calling features. I would help to know exactly what is and isn't included in this service.

We have a basic phone plan which is our Starter package that includes a basic phone line with no features. The package you're referring to is our Essential package. The Essential plan includes Caller ID, Caller ID Waiting, Call Waiting, and Busy Line Redial.
