Automatic email forwarding?
I want one of my Cox email addresses to automatically forward to an outside email account. I tried to do that in "Settings" but nothing forwards.
Perhaps it isn't possible to forward Cox email to an outside email address? Please help!

No, its possible. I just tested it in basic webmail and it worked. Settings > Forwarding > Type in a email > Choose a forward rule > Ok
I usually check "Forward and Keep a Copy" then send your Cox.net email a test email. If you see it in your Cox inbox, but but not your other inbox, then probably something wrong between the domains. If you don't see it in your Cox.net inbox, then something is blocking it before it gets to Cox, and thus unable to forward. Check filter rules, spam options, and Outbound AV scanning if your using a client.

Thank you! I did another test and, for some reason, it worked this time!! At least I know I did it correctly!
