Arris SB6190 showing as Make and Model: RGI6183
Just got a new cable modem provisioned on Cox. Under My Services on cox.com it's showing up as RGI6183. The Internet is working right now. Just wondering why it's not showing 6190 as my modem.

It appears they may have simply labeled the modem incorrectly when adding it to your account. This is not service affecting in anyway. When I check your connection I do see an SB6190 online.
