Trying this on my Nexus 10, the app shows that I'm out of home when I am not. I've verified that I am connected to my home network. There is no help or troubleshooting from within the app, pleasse help.

I apologize for the delay response. If you verified the requirements and still having issues, I suggest checking the User Id and Password on our website. We want to make sure you are using the Primary User ID. One way to verify is to log into your account at www.cox.net and click on Manage Account.
If you know the user id is the primary but the yellow Alert box reads:
" Alerts & Notifications For your security, only Primary Account Holders have access to features such as past billing statements, recent account activity, and bill delivery options. To learn more about your level of online access see Cox.com User ID Account Types." we will need to get this resolved on our side. I suggest emailing me at cox.help@cox.com to get to the bottom of this.

Hi Tyrosine,
I've verified your issue is an account issue. I don't want to discuss account information on a public forum. Please contact us via Private Messaging on Facebook, Direct Messaging on Twitter, or email to cox.help@cox.com to get this resolved.

Could this have anything to do with the fact that since last month, alot of Cox's IP has incorrect Geolocation data? For example, I am in RI, and here is my IP data.
Does the system maybe reject IP's based on that data?

The Contour and TV Connect apps don't use any kind of geolocation, they match the IP directly to a single active modem, which is why they don't even work when used on the home network of another customer who has the same Cox services.
When we get the 'out of home mode' error there's either a back-end provisioning issue on that IP (which may not even be noticeable to other services), an profile issue on the account matched to that IP (which, again, may be extremely minor), or a number of possible things wrong on the mobile device that we need to diagnose and fix.
The most common issue is that the device really has roamed off the home network without the customer noticing, the second most common is that the account profile got stuck on an old address during a transfer, then there are odd things like database issues we have to put in tickets for.
