Another price increase

I am getting sick of these price increases every 6 months.  Why does Cox do this?  Along with poor customer service, I've had to change my router, spend hours on the phone with tech support to get my internet running, and they still manage to increase my price.

I am now contemplating to switch to Direct TV and ATT as they have better promotions.  I am paying almost $125/month for basic landline, 12mb/sec download internet and basic HD channels.  Anyone else have this price increase issues?
