account management

I'm having an issue where I just transferred services to another apartment and apparently all of my information has stayed the same except my account number which is now different? I made the change over the phone but I guess it didn't transfer to my account online and now I can't seem to link my user id with my new account number anywhere. I don't want to follow the "move services" because I've already set everything up. I was hoping somebody could point me in the right direction to update my profile to the proper account number. I've tried add new services and move services and neither worked. I know this is probably really stupid but I'd rather not set up another user id and password just because I made the change over the phone, not online.

Hi Realloveless,

I can help you with that.  We would just need to transfer your username over from the old account to the new one in our system.  Can you please email me at coxhelp@cox.com, include the user ID, as well as the name and address on the account.  I will take care of this for you right away.
