Access to email

For some reason, for the first time today my email required a password which I do not know. I went into the website and changed it, but I still cannot log on. It seems to not recognize the new password HELP! I need access to my cox email account

What program are you using to access your email?

Can you sign into webmail.cox.net? If not, try changing your password to something it has never been before. See here for more info.
