2 of my 5 devices cannot find my wifi.

My Macbook Pro laptop, my iPhone 5s, my brother's iPhone 5s, and 2 Kindle Fires are connected to my Wifi but my Mom's iPhone 4 and my Windows Vista laptop do not show my wireless network name. I reset the modem, enabled the wireless adapter setting on my laptop and rebooted but nothing happened.  I don't think it is a problem with my Vista laptop because it was able to connect to my sister wireless network fine.

My modern is a Netgear N9000  CG4500BD. help please!! I need to connect my laptop. It's a must!
