Webmail URL bouncing back and forth

It's been years since I last attempted to access my Cox webmail, but I've been attempting to do so for about a month and the only thing that happens is a URL that keeps bouncing between two sites:

https://myemail.cox.net/appsuite/

AND

https://login.cox.com/app/ccires_webmail_1/exk1jc8we55WKYL0n0h8/sso/saml?..... (there's about 200-300 more characters attached to this URL)

Regardless of the browser, it'll bounce between these two until I finally get an error.

Tried phone support, but they weren't able to understand the issue well enough to address it.

Any guidance would be appreciated.  Thank you.
