I have always watched tv on my contour app and now most of the Channels are no longer available

I used to watch local news channels on my contour app and now most of the channels are no longer available.  Before i could watch all the channels while i was connected to my home Wi-Fi and now they are no longer available

Hi Otarakiwi, thank you for your post this morning. I'm sorry your local channels aren't working in the Contour App and I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused in your day. We are currently experiencing an outage impacting local channels for Contour TV customers in all Cox markets. The issue is impacting local channels in the Contour App and on WatchTV.Cox.com. Channels are displaying a green screen or are simply not available. Our video teams are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
