How do I change my user ID?

I just changed my password and noticed I have miss spelled my user ID name.

You would need to create a whole new username, they cannot be changed once created. If this was your primary username and needed to delete it/make a new one, you would need to have someone from technical support delete it since primary usernames cannot be deleted on our website once created. We can also do this for you by emailing our team at cox.help@cox.com (preferably from a different email account since we would be deleting this one). If it is just a secondary email account, you can login with the primary and remove it.
