Episodes gone

Is it just my app or user error? I can’t access episodes on my cox contour app anymore- it only says “upcoming” now

You may get better help if you provide some information.  Are no episodes available for any program or are episodes missing for just one program?  If it's one program, are episodes available for it on watchtv.cox.com or On Demand?  If not, that program may just not have any episodes available now.

There’s NO past episodes, it only says upcoming episodes for everything. I can only see them on my laptop.

Are you viewing episodes on your laptop by accessing watchtv.cox.com with a browser?
