I purchased a cox WiFi by spectrum 1 week pass and it has no internet connection!!

There was an outage yesterday morning and it has yet to come back on. Spectrum has been texting updates but the last one said the issue would be fixed by 6:52 this morning. It is now just after 8 and still no internet. They have not sent any other texts with an update.
