Why isn't Cox paying me every months to use thier ** Cisco DVR cable box?

The skipped channel list is frequently corrupted for unexplain reasons. Channels I watch regularly disappear and channels i don't watch and don't  even subscribe to start populating my list...often a foreign language or a porn channel.

This renders the guide useless! Only whatever the fickled cable gods deem me worth to watch that day appears. To access the  chanels  purged from the Cisco box I have enter them directly. I can have just repaired , my list and before I exit the set-up screen it is corrupted again.

Any attorneys out there want  to file a class action suit?
