Why does all DVR recordings start at the 30 second part?

Hello.  I am wondering why is it that why we watch a recording of DVR that it starts at the 30 second mark instead of the beginning.  At this point I always record a minute early because of this.  Is there a setting that is causing this?   Can it be changed?

@Hammerva, There are a few possibilities that could be causing this issue. First, is the cable box showing the correct time? Also, is this happening with the recordings from just one channel or all recordings from all channels? -Allan, Cox Support Forums Moderator.

It seems to be happening on all the recordings that automatically don't put it at 1 minute early.   As far a the time the time does seem to match the system time.  Now who knows about the seconds on the DVR box
