Voice remote problems
I followed my contour 2 voice remote's instructions to set up voice controls. Pressed the "Setup" button till yhe LED turned from red to green, then pressed the Contour button, but instead of g9ving me instructions to follow or giving me a 3-digit code. The LED blinks, green then red, then red and turns off, and nothing else happens. Is thier something wrong with the Equipment, TV, remote, or Contour box, or am I missing something?

Make sure to replace the batteries first. Also, you can unpair the remote before you try to pair it just to make sure it is all set. Here is a link to show you how to unpair then pair the remote: www.cox.com/.../pairing-or-unpairing-the-contour-2-remote.html .
