Switches to Spanish on my new Samsung TV

Several channels on my new Samsung TV switch from English to Spanish in the evening. I have done a factory reset with no resolution. Two older TVs on Cox in the house stay in English. What is going on?

We definitely understand how important it is for you to watch shows in your preferred language. It seems like your SAP (Secondary Audio Programming) settings may have flipped on, that is why you are hearing Spanish. Here are instructions on how to turn off the SAP www.cox.com/.../configuring-secondary-audio-programming-for-contour-2.html .

That worked perfectly! Thank you. I wish the Samsung Remote Support person had told me this. We worked over an hour to Restore the TV to factory condition.
