SAP is reversed on NBC station

The SAP option is somehow reversed for my local NBC station.  The announcer audio for the NFL game is in Spanish.  Checked SAP option on the Contour box and it shows English.  Switched to Spanish to see what happened and audio went to English…but that caused other channels to go to Spanish or to have no audio at all.  The problem is affecting all of my TVs but only on our NBC station and only for the game itself (not for commercials).  Any ideas what, if anything, we can do?
