Program universal remote for mini box DTA250HD. That model doesn't show up for connecting my Samsung TV's remote.

I am trying to connect my mini box Cisco DTA250HD to a new Samsung tv. I can't get their universal remote to recognize the Cox mini box. Is there a different model I can choose? Thanks.

Hi Gkmelton, the mini box may display as "Cisco DTA 250HD" or "Evolution DMS2344 DTA". I've heard that Cisco mini boxes use the same remote codes as Scientific Atlanta Explorer models like the Scientific Atlanta Explorer 3250, 4240C, and 4250C, but I've never had the opportunity to test this rumor. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
