Problems with NBC streaming app skipping

I have Cox as my provider and I am using the NBC streaming app through my Amazon Firestick 4k.

While watching the program "Debris", frquently, it skips ahead 1 to 4 seconds. VERY annoying.

  1. Does anyone else have the problem?
  2. Has anyone else found a solution?

If you're only having an issue with the Firestick that isn't something we can troubleshoot. Are you having an issue with any other devices using the internet?
