Mini box
I got my contour 1 box and a minibox about a month ago. I live in a 2 bedroom apartment. The mini box is in my room and the contour box is in the living room. My roommate decided he wants a minibox in his room now. So I go to order it for 3.99 but says I have to pay 75 for someone to come out and install it? Why does someone need to come out when I installed my 2 boxes myself? 75 dollars to install a minibox? Can someone please explain? Thanks!

If the 2nd bedroom doesn't already have cable access, there could be an installation fee for Cox to run cable to that bedroom. If new cable will be necessary, you might need to get permission from your landlord. You should also check to see if they will pay for the additional cable installation or if it will be your expense.
