mini box and splitter

Trying to connect mini box to contour internet and also hdmi tv.  Internet works fine, but no tv signal.

I guess my question should have read:  What can the Mini Box do on the Internet?

I thought the Mini was no frills:  no premiums, no VOD, no OTT, no apps, etc.

why the splutter, mine is on the primary receiver?

co-ax goes directly to mini!

I thought you have the Wireless 4K Contour Stream Player(s)?  You have the Mini Box and Panoramic too?  Could you possibly rent more stuff from Cox?

Same problem here with the splitter...internet fine but no TV. Exchanged equipment per tech support to no avail. Continual "tighten your cable " message now. I've paid big bucks for an upgrade that won't work.
