Lost Parental Control Pin
How do you reset the parental control pin. I forgot the one on a tv and cannot watch tv. I did the support chat and that was no help. Is there a work around or who can I contact?

Have you tried 0000? If so, I think you have to call Cox to have them send a parental PIN reset signal. It's similar to the signal sent to the box to reset it. When you call, make sure you are a authorized user on the account and have the account PIN(which is different then parental PIN) which is on the bill. If it was easy to reset the parental PIN then it would have no purpose.
