Issue with Bally Sports Oklahoma Extra

Hi - anyone else having issues watching the KC Royals/Twins game on Bally Sports OK?  I saw an issue at the end of the game on Thursday and for the entire game today - screen just is mostly frozen - occasionally shows a still frame from the action.

Hi, there. I'm so sorry for the issues with the game yesterday. Are you still having issues and is it more than one channel?

It is just one channel. Today the game was on two different Bally Sports channels. The one called YUROK OKCworked fine but not the one called Bally Sports OKC Extra - it still was frozen
