Freezing Regularly
For months now, we experience freezing on MSNBC and Padres channels. There may be others, but these seem to be the most problematic.
We have Contour 4K modems for the TV’s with strong signals. Rebooting helps, but the issue returns after a few hours.
We have a high-end system with Cox 2gig Internet, 8K and 4K TV’s, and strong WiFi connectivity.

consider swapping the equipment, just take it to the local cox store and swap it out. see if this fixes the issue, if you say the signals are strong, these can be too strong, often what is referred to as white-out. SNR needs to be in sync. Often the streaming bands are not related to the diagnostics you see for cable modems
