Fox NFL Jerky Feed

Question

I live in Ahwatukee in Phoenix and have been experiencing a jerky or stuttering on the video feed on Fox during football games (cable tv). All other networks are fine as it seems to only be problematic during the football broadcasts. Commercials are fine.  This occurred a few weeks ago and when I called they said it was a network problem regionally. I am surprised this hasn’t been fixed. Have others experienced this?
