Decades Issue

I have Contour and get the Decades channel (679 in Wichita, KS) and it always gets lines across the screen and it has screen pops and noises.  Does anyone else have this issue?

Hi Lottie. Have you checked the coax cable line to make sure it is finger tight at the Contour box? Is there a splitter on the coax cable line that the Contour box is attached to? It could be just the spliter affecting the particular low-frequency signal.  Swap it.
