COX commercial for STARZ free preview?

Question

I'm a customer in the Wichita area. I just saw a COX commercial on tv promoting some new show on STARZ, and it said we supposedly just had a free preview of STARZ last weekend. Why did you not say this in our billing statements? I just checked mine for Dec, Jan, & Feb and there isn't one single word about any free preview.

As of today, Cox has no free previews scheduled for 2019.  The Starz preview was only for AT&T U-verse, DirecTV, Frontier FIOS and Verizon FIOS.
