Contour box

Normally I leave my contour box on 24/7 but suddenly it shuts off fully when I turn the tv off. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

@Deuce50, I recommend checking your power connection with the cable box and make sure that it is not connected to an outlet that you are turning off. Alternatively, you can also try a different outlet to see if that helps. -Allan, Cox Support Forums Moderator.
