cloud DVR issues with recorded programs

When watching my recorded shows with the cloud DVR, the sound will just stop while the program continues to play.  Then after a few seconds the sound comes back on.  It will repeatedly do this during a show about 7 or 8 times.  It doesn't matter what time of the day I'm watching or what kind of program I'm watching.
