Blackouts
Constant Blackouts. DAILY. I have had 3 visits to my house to correct the problem. Have had false service performed at least twice. YOUR equipment is the problem and you want to charge me to fix it. Cox is evolving into an inconvenience daily and the cost is ridiculous for this type of service.

Same issue here, for years. Every time I reach out it becomes MY problem. MY gateway device needs replaced. Again? I doubt it. How about y’all send a tech out to MY address and inspect YOUR exterior equipment and not charge ME for it.
Frustrated.
