Audio for on demand always going out of synch with the picture

i have a vizio 65” tv, a vizio sound bar, and hdml connection from the dvr to the sound bar.  

I use to use an optical cable, but had the same issues

this generally clears up for a short period after restarting the DVR.

Hi, it sounds like I'll need to send a signal to your receiver. To do that, please send a Twitter DM, Facebook PM or email to cox.help@cox.com with your complete address, account name and the serial number to the receiver. When we send a signal this will interrupt your viewing on that receiver for up to 15 minutes. -Thanks, Carol
