Wifi

Yall really need to get your **bleep** together with your WiFi stability. My WiFi goes out daily, not worth the money I am paying. Live Oak is moving in our area and taking your business left and right and this is the reason why

First, this is a forum for users to talk with other users about technical issues. So there is no "yall" here except the moderators, and if you want to complain to them, contact them through one of the ways in the sticky.

Second, when you say Wifi, do you actually mean wifi or internet in general? Are wired connections effected? Do you have a Panoramic gateway? If not, what model modem and router do you have?  If it's your own router, have you tried changing the wifi channel and making sure you are connecting to 5Ghz network?

Do I sound like management? Look at my post history.  This isn't the right place to vent. If you want to do that try their facebook or twitter. This is the place to troubleshoot and that is why I asked OP for technical data. Why are you here? Seems to be your first post.

So, since WMO's post wasn't direct enough for you here goes - Except Cox management won't be reading these forums. Read what the forums are for. It's for Cox Customers to help one another with technical issues.  If you want to kvetch to Cox management, you are in the wrong place.

I think a lot of the people that rant here really don't know what a forum is. All they know is places like Facebook and Twitter which is more about opinions then facts. I wish every user was forced to read the sticky before they are allowed to post.
