Can someone help me, I’m having problems with my wifi! It connects but it says connected with no internet! And it will not start to work again.

Hello @LGC, I took a look at your modem, do you have any splitters or amplifiers that are connected to the coaxial that is screwed into the back of your modem? If so can you bypass the splitter/amplifier and plug it directly into the wall from the modem?

Hello @JordynCW, I know how frustrating it is when you are not able to get internet via wifi. Are you able to connect your device to the 5GHz network to see if you get a connection?
