I'm sorry to hear that. Do you have access to the Cox App on a mobile device with data to see if there's a network alert open in your area? If there isn't an outage alert and issues still remain, are you home to try some troubleshooting steps?

Is there an LED light lit on the modem? If multiple devices aren't connecting, then what troubleshooting steps have been taken?
