Why is the ultimate and Gigablast data cap 1TB ?

Seriously, this is about the money. Read the post by CoxJimR on the dslreports.com forums reference the 1TB data cap. His quote below:

We frequently review that with leadership, and there was just an update a few weeks ago. We're continuing to see a very small percentage of customers impacted by overages. That hasn't really triggered a need to change yet, so there are no changes planned.
