Terrible Download and Upload with Gigablast

Have been getting terrible Download and upload speeds. I pay for Gigablast and am getting nothing close to what I have been paying for. This is a direct connection have tried everything I usually get told to do multiple times.

System specs AMD Ryzen 5 1600x, 16GB Ram, Windows 10 Pro.

Modem is Arris SB8200

I just updated to Gigablast near Irvine

I get 300 Mbps Down/ 35 Mbps Up

same here and I switched modems twice and had a technician change out all the lines. Garbage.
