Secondary users

Question

No matter how many times I try I can't add another secondary user. I can add one at my account but when I try to add his email in Outlook 2016 or thunderbird on his PC it says can't connect to a secure server. I've  done this many times in the past. I even took screenshots of my own settings HELP!

Hello, to confirm, you are creating secondary users via the Cox website, and are having difficulties setting up their email addresses? As of August 15, 2019, Cox Internet will no longer offer customers the ability to create new Cox Email accounts. The result of this policy is to provide a greater emphasis on delivering exceptional internet services. -Kevin M. Cox Support Forum Moderator
