SB8200, Download seem ok, less than 1Mbps upload?
Hello, I have gigablast on my account, Before new years, everything was working fine. I got good speed download and upload, all of the sudden after new years until now, my download seem ok, but my upload went completely missing, not even 1 Mbps upload. I already called the tech support and they said everything look good on their end and would like me to wait it out until next week and see what happen. This is my 2nd modem, SB8200, first one was defective. Can somebody take a look at this log and see if its another defective modem?

I think Cox is having major issues. I am also having very slow upload speeds as well. I'm located in Georgia (31211). It's affecting me being able to see my network cameras when I;m away from home and it's affecting my smart home devices. Who knows when it will be resolved.......

Speavy101, I saw cox communication maintenance truck this morning at the main box right around my house. I don't know what they did but I got my speed back now. I'm getting 900s download and 35s upload and I hope it's stay that way. Definitely not something on my end for sure.
