Router Sign-in

So I went to sign in to my router to make some firewall adjustments and it doesn't like any of the usernames I've tried.  How do I recover my username?

I'm trying to get into the router firewall settings at 192.168.0.1, which is my Panoramic router ip address.

Try using 192.168.1.1 and let us know if that works.

Page wouldn't load.

Is the Gateway> Login the same as my Cox account login? I keep getting a popup saying Incorrect UserName.

Are you referring to the link Becky sent? If so try clearing cache and cookies if that doesn't work a different browser.

No. Thats pretty cut and dry.

I'm referring to the router page (Gateway>Login) that comes up at 192.168.0.1 where one can edit the Firewall security, among other things. I have some programs that I need to allow to get through the firewall.
