PW8 usb hard drive connection to router
Hi everyone,
I am currently under the 1Gb plan and have a PW8 router. The router does come with a type-c port and I am trying to connect a usb hard drive to it (16tb). Unfortunately, it has not been successful yet and the drive never shows up in Network.
I am wondering if anyone has successful experience with connecting a hard drive to the router before or any suggestions on any troubleshoots I should try.

No, I don't think that is possible with the new gateways, You would need a NAS or a PC and file sharing.

The firmware on rental Panoramic modems is a custom one for Cox, and the USB port is not active. You will need to use a NAS connected to ethernet.
