Property damage
Does anyone know if cox will pay to repair the damage to my home due to the cox cable to the power pole across the street sagging to low. It was caught by a truck far below the required height for the cable to be above ground and it ripped some of the siding off my house.

I don't know of any direct line for a damage claim. I suggest emailing Cox at cox.help@cox.com and see what they can do. Sounds like you have a valid claim IMO. Good luck!

I had to call corporate office in Altalnta and escalte my issue. They dug up my yeard and no one is taking responsiblity. Working it out with Stacey, I am confident she will fix it soon.
